1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Game&Chill AU. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. Orders and acceptance

Product listings are an invitation to treat. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you promptly.

4. Pricing and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

5. Payments

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including major cards and other approved providers. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Australia. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. For more detail, see our Delivery and Returns page.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled in line with the ACL and our returns policy. See Delivery and Returns for eligibility, timeframes, and instructions.

8. Title and risk

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once full payment is received.

9. Warranty and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. See our Warranty page for additional support details.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit any non-excludable rights under the ACL.
