Coverage

All new and pre-owned hardware comes with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Accessories and refurbished items may have shorter coverage and will be listed clearly at purchase.

Our warranty covers faults that arise from normal use and manufacturing issues. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs.

Contact our support team and include your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 1 business day.

How to claim

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, product name, and a photo or video of the issue if possible.
  2. We will confirm next steps and provide a return address or troubleshooting steps.
  3. Once received, we inspect the item within 2 business days and confirm repair, replacement, or refund options.

We cover return postage for verified warranty claims. If the issue is not covered, we will contact you before any paid work begins.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, or liquid exposure.
  • Damage caused by use outside manufacturer guidelines.
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
  • Items modified, opened, or repaired by unauthorised parties.
  • Consumables (batteries, cables, and accessories) after reasonable use.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
